CairnClaim

A clearer path through denied claims.

CairnClaim is building tools for behavioral-health practices to make sense of denied and underpaid claims, keep the paperwork together, and move toward appeals your own team reviews and sends.

Pay when money comes back is our pricing principle, not a guarantee of any result.

Our approach

Made for behavioral health

We're focused on practices where records are sensitive and every appeal needs someone who understands the care that was delivered.

Your team stays in charge

Our approach is that your team reviews, edits, and sends anything that goes to a payer. We aim to prepare, not to replace your judgment.

Paid when you are

Our pricing principle is to charge only when money comes back. It is a principle, not a guarantee, and details will be spelled out in writing.

Where we're headed

Today this is a website, not a product. We're building toward appeal support for behavioral-health practices:

  • Reading denial notices to find the stated reason and the policy behind it
  • Researching payer policy language relevant to the denial
  • Drafting appeal letters, with AI assistance, for your team to review, edit, and send
  • Tracking payer responses so cases don't go quiet

These are plans, not current features. If you'd like to shape what we build first, talk through your workflow with us.

What's true today

  • This website is informational. It has no accounts and does not accept patient records.
  • CairnClaim is early. We want to learn how your practice handles denials before we build.
  • This page does not claim HIPAA compliance, a BAA, security certifications, recovery rates, testimonials, pilot results, or guaranteed reimbursement.
  • Please do not send patient-identifying information through this site or by email. Review your organization's privacy and compliance requirements before sharing any records with anyone.

Talk through your workflow

Tell us a little about your practice and where denied claims get stuck. We'll use your message to understand your workflow.

Do not include patient-identifying information. Sending opens your email app with the message ready to send. You can also write to hello@yourdomain.com.
